Comments: "King of the Klondike" was not only the 8th episode of Don Rosa's "The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck" masterpiece, it was also the first of Don Rosa's stories to appear in both a single-part version and in a serial version. Unlike all the other Don Rosa stories with multiple versions the art is exactly the same for both versions, with the exception of the text boxes in the multi-part version and some minor gags in the single-part version.
