Comments:

Unlike all previous Don Rosa stories with multiple versions, "The Treasure of Croesus" had an odd appearance because the three-part version was published in America while the single-part version was published many places in Europe like in Denmark and Norway. The reason why Gladstone printed the three-part version may be that given only a wide panel the Turkish army in the splash-panel in the beginning of Part III looks much more scary than in the single-part version. There's no difference between the summary-panel for part 2 and page 9, but page 17 and part 3 are different. Part 3 shows only one of the images that page 17 does. And it's strange that while the American 3-part version shows the Turkish flags the 1-part version shows some flags with just a star. It looks like some kind of censorship...
